How to find the Heavensturn New Year's 2021 event in Final Fantasy XIV

The Heavensturn event in Final Fantasy XIV celebrates the Year of the Ox in 2021. This seasonal event runs for a limited time, from Thursday, December 31, 2020 at 7 AM PT to Monday, January 18, 2021 at 6:59 AM PT. Players earn rewards by completing the event quests this year, offering up special Ox-themed prizes.

Start the “Steering Clear of Trouble” quest

Players who are level 15 and above can start the quest, “Steering Clear of Trouble,” from the Ushi Bugyo NPC. You’ll find this NPC in Limsa Lominsa at the Upper Decks (X: 11.5, Y: 13.9). You’ll earn your rewards after completing the Heavensturn event. Among the rewards are Ox-themed kabutos for glamour, and furniture for your house or apartment.

Be sure to participate in the event before it ends. You won’t be able to finish any of the offered quests after that point. The rewards are untradable and unsellable as well, so you won’t be able to buy them on the market board afterward. So get everything done before Monday, January 18, 2021 at 6:59 AM PT.
