The November 2023 balance changes in Clash Royale affect several cards, all of which needed a bit of tweaking. Some of then are getting buffs, while others that have grown a bit too strong are getting nerfs. The November balance changes will go live on November 13th, 2023. Here’s a list of the upcoming channges in Clash Royale. This is still work in progress and we’ll update the guide further if we do see some further changes. • Skeletons Evolution – First Hit Speed reduced from 0.5 seconds to 0.4 seconds (+20%)
• Bats Evolution – First Hit Speed reduced 0.5 seconds to 0.2 seconds (+60%)
• Knight Evolution – Bonus Hit Speed reduced from -0.3 seconds to -0.1 seconds, Damage per second reduced by 18% at level 11
• Royal Recruits Evolution – Bonus Damage reduced from 12% to 6%, reduces total overall Damage by 5%
• Little Prince – Royal Rescue Dash Distance reduced from 5 to 4.5 (+10%)
